When the Dallas City Pass came out they added it to the leaderboards, unfortunately they stopped adding city passes after that, but the leaderboards can still be useful, check them out.
When the first city pass for SurvivorZ came out Mongadillo created a webpage with the leaderboards for it, showing who owned how many strongholds in the San Francisco City Pass.
